Hope 4 Life is a local, grassroots pregnancy help center serving families in the Hampton Roads region. We are a pro-life ministry dedicated to helping mothers and fathers appreciate the dignity of their unborn child.

We operate two mobile health care units stationed on public property near three abortion facilities in our area. We are then able to offer a free ultrasound, without delay, to those mothers who have turned away from the abortion building and have accepted the support we offer.

When a mother chooses life for her baby, we offer comprehensive help with prenatal and post-birth care. We refer the mothers to any type of community resources needed to address challenges she may be facing, or information that could be helpful with regard to parenting. Additionally, we offer guidance concerning the beauty of marriage and importance of abstinence prior to marriage, aligned with the teachings of the Catholic Church.

Our organization is a member of NIFLA (National Institute of Family and Life Advocates), an umbrella organization that offers legal guidance and promotes best practices for pregnancy help centers.
