You are not alone—God has a plan for your life, and we’re so glad you’re here. At Hope 4 Life, we believe every person is created with purpose and deeply loved. We are here to walk with you privately and confidentially through an unexpected pregnancy, offering compassion, truth, and hope.
We provide clear, accurate information about options for you and your baby, connect you with supportive resources, and help you navigate challenges with confidence. Through it all, we offer emotional and material support—completely free of charge—so you can move forward knowing you are cared for, valued, and never alone.

Hope 4 Life is a local, grassroots pregnancy help center serving families in the Hampton Roads area who are experiencing crisis or unplanned pregnancies. We are a pro-life ministry dedicated to helping mothers and fathers appreciate the dignity of their unborn child. Hope 4 Life provides compassionate, non-judgmental, and practical support through two mobile medical pregnancy resource centers on public property near three abortion facilities in our area.
We offer free pregnancy testing and ultrasound services, confidential guidance, material resources, and ongoing support throughout pregnancy and after the baby is born. All services are free, completely confidential, and delivered with care.
As a compassion-driven ministry, we share the love of Jesus Christ while providing time-sensitive intervention and support to expectant mothers and their families.
Our organization is a member of NIFLA (National Institute of Family and Life Advocates), an umbrella organization that offers legal guidance and promotes best practices for pregnancy help centers.
